Summary Act II

Brutus debates whether or not to help kill Caesar. He reads the letter and it convinces him to lead the plot against him. He insists they not harm Antony. They decide they will kill Caesar tomorrow, March 15th, by the "eighth hour". Portia Brutus' wife demands to know what is wrong with him. Calpurnia begs Caesar not to go to the Capital because of the strange happenings. He decides to go when he hears he may be king. Artemidorus has written the names of the conspirators on a paper which he plans to hand to Caesar. The soothsayer warns him again.
